Training in climate-resilient organic farming turned a struggling widow in Kurigram into a self-reliant entrepreneur.

In Kurigram, Jamila was left to care for her three children with no stable source of income. Her life took a turning point when she joined our Women Empowerment farming initiative. She received intensive training in climate-resilient organic vegetable farming, financial literacy, and high-quality seeds and tools. Within six months, Jamila transformed her small backyard into a thriving organic farm. Today, she sells fresh produce to local markets, earns a steady income, pays for her children's schooling, and trains other local women in sustainable agricultural practices.
